Message: Went to return an item. Customer service was attentive and helpful. I found the items needed with help of several knowledgeable associates. We had a great young man helping to load pellets for our stove.

Message: Ive always been an home depot kinda person. Price ranges from cheap to spendy. You get the product for the price you paid for it (if that makes any sense). Easy return policy, usually have the shelves and materials stocked up most of the time. The only thing I would have to say that could use improvement on, regarding this particular location, is if you are needing assistance when making a purchase for what kinda project you're working on, PLEASE don't take what an sales associate (ESPECIALLY, if they aren't an well knowledgeable in that area) as accurate/dependable feedback/suggestions. Find an employee who does know what you're looking for, and won't BS you. It'll save EVERYONE'S time and lessen multiple trips back and forth.

Message: Like every hardware store, if you know what you need, and you don't need help, it's awesome. Otherwise, it's a terrible time. The service usually is as follows: everyone is at lunch or you find an associate but they can't help, or you found your product but it requires a forklift to get it down and no one knows when that could happen. That said, the hardware store down the street can have an identical review.

Message: Went the other day for Christmas presents and the girl that helped us was so nice and made sure we got everything we needed.

Message: I was shopping and some people with a camera decided to ask me if I had ever seen Santa Claus shopping at the store. I had no comment on that matter. Besides that it was a fantastic visit. Keep up the great work!

Message: Good prices and nice variety of home improvement goods. Have you got different levels of quality too so you can pay up if you need something more durable but get an inexpensive version if you just need that.. The paint department is particularly good. I've had the mix several custom colors for me and they're always spot on. They matched 20-year-old weathered stain on my house and when I'm applied the new stain it looked just like the old once it dried.
