Message: I purchased a mini bike from sportsmans warehouse brand new it was put together wrong in the factory, I called coleman and they had me bring it into Rods Saw shop for the warranty repairs and rod was really respectful and polite and they fixed my kids bike within the time frame they told me they would and did an awesome job doing so, highly recommend this place, they do great work!

Message: I know little about a chainsaw but love using one. Rods has been a wonderful resource, subtlely teaching me about how my chainsaw works and how to properly tighten the chain all the while never being condescending because of my gender or that i didn't buy my saw from them. Highly recommend Rods.
